Sharon received her training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition®. Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on her education and experience, Sharon works with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
In May 2012 Sharon completed additional training to become a Food for Life instructor for PCRM (Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine). In this role she conducts nutrition and cooking classes designed by physicians and dietitians to teach disease prevention through a plant-based, low fat diet.
SHARON’S JOURNEY TO BE VEGAN
Sharon was always bothered eating animals, even as a child. She eventually was vegetarian. After a series of time in the cancer clinic with family members, Sharon was inspired to no longer eat any animal products.
