I am getting ready to go on the road for the rest of the week. I will be traveling through Houston, St. Louis and Nashville before I return home on Friday evening. Now it’s easy when traveling not to do the normal routine, but remember, it is a lifestyle.
So I am taking my running shoes and running clothes. If I go into the gym, I will be prepared with the proper attire as well. The idea is to keep moving. Travel or no travel, work or no work, keep it going. It does not have to be extreme. Just do something. A short walk is better than sleeping in!
Oh, and one more thing. Small portions when eating! Always! No pigging out. Restaurants want us to eat about twice or three times as much as we should eat. Don’t succumb!
If you just do the above and stay away from tobacco, you will be heading in the right direction.
