52 – One Year Celebration Show – The Most Important Things You Need to Know to Slice Your Age

Dr. Dave and Yoko have Sandy on as their guest. Everything seems to come together as they discuss happiness, meditation, eating, sense of community and MUCH MORE. HAPPINESS
“Happiness comes from the inside!” says Yoko. “Some people look happy and like they have a happy perfect life from the outside and really they are not happy on the inside. Happiness is THE most important thing. You must love yourself and think these thoughts in your head and even says them out loud! Everyone wants to be happy. Even those that are happy, want to be happier.”

WORRY ABOUT YOURSELF NOT YOUR NEIGHBORS
“Appreciate and be happy with what you have,” says guest co-host Sandy. “Do not compare yourself to your neighbors. Do not worry about their big house and new cars. You do not know if they can even afford them!  They could be all hopped up on credit cards. You worry about your life and live below your means,” says Dr. Dave.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

HATE YOUR JOB?
“Are you only living for the weekends or vacations? If you are just dreading going to work before you even get there, you need to make a change! No matter what the money you make; it is just not worth it!” says Dr. Dave.

“If you tried everything to make a relationship work and you know in your heart that it is time for this to end because there are big important things that will never change. You need to be brave and make the change that you are no longer in that relationship.” says Dr. Dave. “The stress and unhappiness it is causing you is so horrible for your health, soul, spirit, and heart.”

BECOMING VEGAN
Over the past year Dr. Dave and Yoko became vegan. “When you remove animal products from your diet you feel so much better and your health will improve,” says Dr. Dave. Guest and Yoga Master Sandy really helped Yoko and Dr. Dave on their path from meat eaters, to vegetarian, to vegan in the past year. Listen to their talk about this evolution and progression.
