75 – Dr. Dave’s Most Important Message

In today’s show, Dr. Dave delivers one of his most important messages ever.

A short time ago, Dr Dave posted an important video that has been so well received online that he is going to replay it on the podcast today.

Dr Dave has been teaching how to live a healthy lifestyle for a very long time. And would like to share a heartfelt message with his friends (that’s you!).

Dr Dave will be turning 60 in May. He is sharing this because he feels fantastic and would like to help others feel the same way. Dr Dave has been vegan (completely plant-based) for almost a year now and has never felt better. He is finding it easier than ever to maintain his ideal weight and an active lifestyle. He is not on any medications at all! Since becoming vegan, Dr Dave has shared a lot of his journey in the public such as through social media. There are lots of different people that respond on social media when Dr Dave posts about being vegan. Some are positive and have even decided to begin their own journey towards becoming vegan. And some people respond extremely negatively. Dr Dave has even lost a few friends on social media. However, Dr Dave firmly believes in living a vegan lifestyle. He believes that if you eat a whole food plant-based diet you will begin to feel 120% better.

The fact is that many Americans are currently taking medications for conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Conditions which are also alleviated or improved through a healthy diet.

Dr Dave has also found an inner peace that he did not have prior to becoming vegan. He no longer feels as much anger and stress and therefore is much happier. He also does not feel the guilt that he used to when eating animal products.

There are many benefits to being vegan. Some of the primary benefits are: weight loss, less/no medications, and reduction in illnesses & diseases. Vegans are not immune from illness or disease but a healthy plant based diet can certainly improve your health.

Many people have the misconception that being vegan is difficult. But it is no more difficult than eating meat.

Many food allergies that people have today are related to the hormones and antibiotics that are used in meats and dairy products.

In addition to veganism, Dr Dave also practices yoga and meditation and stays fit by running, skiing, etc. Exercise is critical to staying healthy and improving your health.

In conclusion, if you are having weight issues and decide that you want to make a change. Dr Dave strongly suggests that you try a plant-based diet. Remove processed foods, sugar, oil, and salt from your diet, and in just a short time you will look and feel like a new person. However it is a lifestyle, it is not something that you can do for a week a get results, although that does not mean that you won’t see results.
